Is Followcap affiliated with Instagram or Meta?
No. Followcap is an independent service and isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
How do you read the posts? Is that allowed?
We only read public posts from creator and business accounts, through Meta's official API for public data, the same route analytics tools use. No scraping, no bots, no access to your account. The summaries are generated automatically from captions and post details, and the 3 picks are chosen by how the posts performed and how much they say.
What if Instagram changes the rules?
It can happen, and we'd rather say it than hide it. If Meta restricts the data we use, we tell you first, adapt what we can, and if a feature you pay for stops working you can cancel in one click and we refund the unused part of your period.

What about videos?
Every post gets a short recap based on its caption and details, plus a direct link. On Premium and Business Pro we also summarize what's said in videos, when it's available.
When will I get my recap?
Your first one within 24 hours of starting the trial, covering the last 7 days of your creators. After that, every Sunday morning in your time zone.
Will I be charged today?
No. Picking a plan starts a 7-day free trial: we save your card but charge nothing until day 8, and we email you the day before. Your first recap arrives within 24 hours, then every Sunday. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Can I cancel? What if I change my mind?
