Terms of Service

1. The service

Followcap ("we") sends you a weekly email recap of public posts from the Instagram creator and business accounts you choose, with short summaries, links and, on paid plans, analytics and extra tools as described on the pricing page. The service is provided by Andrea Marino, Via Ferdinando Palasciano 68, Rome, Italy, andreamarino756@gmail.com.

2. Plans and billing

• Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page in euros, VAT included where applicable.
• Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is saved at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. We email you before the first charge.
• After the trial, the plan renews automatically every month or every year, depending on what you chose, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel anytime from the link in any billing email or by writing to andreamarino756@gmail.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, write to us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. This goes beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers have by law.
• Beyond that, if a recap doesn't arrive or the service is unavailable for most of a billing period, write to us and we'll refund that period.

4. What we need from you

• A valid email address and, for paid plans, a valid payment method.
• Use the recaps for yourself or your team (up to the number of users in your plan). Don't resell or republish them.
• Business Pro's "You vs your niche" requires you to connect your own Instagram professional account through Meta's official login. You can disconnect it anytime.

5. What to expect, and what not to

• Recaps are based on public captions, post details and, when available, video speech. Some content, especially in videos, may not be covered.
• Numbers shown in analytics come from Instagram's public data and may include promoted views. They are provided as-is.
• Private and personal accounts are not supported.
• We depend on Instagram's platform. If their rules or APIs change, features may change or stop. If a paid feature is discontinued, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of the current period.

6. Independence

Followcap is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Liability

We do our best, but we can't guarantee the recaps are complete or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll email you about material changes at least 14 days before they apply. Italian law applies, with the consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: andreamarino756@gmail.com.
